Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years: Construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven ability to manage QC documentation and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all QC reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings and provide minutes.
• Provide daily QC reports and address non-conformances to meet standards.
• Lead preparatory and follow-up meetings to define standards of care for each work item.
• Verify materials meet submittal approvals and are stored properly.
• Schedule and log all inspections and re-inspections as required.
• Document final inspections, occupancy certificates, and acceptance of works.
• Stop work when necessary to resolve safety/quality issues.
