Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is seeking an Experienced Quality Control Manager to co-manage daily QC activities in Mobeetie, Texas. The role involves leading QC meetings, conducting inspections, and ensuring testing and certifications are completed in line with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in vertical construction and at least 5+ years on projects $10–$15M or greater as QC Manager. A strong understanding of construction drawings, procedures, and scheduling is essential.

• 7–10+ years in vertical construction
• 5+ years on projects $10–15M or greater as project Quality Control Manager
• In-depth understanding of construction divisions, prints, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process
• Provide documented evaluation, assessments, and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel
