Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the on-site quality program for construction projects in the DMV region, including Pax River, Maryland. You will establish quality procedures, oversee inspections, and manage submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents and client requirements.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive quality, document actions, and ensure successful project completion while adhering to safety

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and monitor the project Quality Control Program per contract documents and standards.
• Review plans, submittals, and design docs to ensure quality requirements are understood and followed.
• Perform inspections and document material receipt to verify conformance with submittals and contract.
• Identify nonconforming work and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.
• Maintain quality records, daily reports, logs, deficiencies, and client communications.
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure compliance with quality requirements and safety policies.
