Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Site Quality Control Manager for the Robins Air Force Base SW Annex Building 125 Repair and Renovations Project. You will implement and manage the Contractor Quality Control system, provide daily onsite oversight of quality and documentation, and coordinate with the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, testing labs, USACE QA, and Government representatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prints, plans, schedules, and inspections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore and RMS.
• Ability to manage and supervise others and document issues with resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document the USACE three-phase control process for each definable feature of work.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and quality records are completed and maintained.
• Provide daily onsite oversight of quality and documentation, coordinating with PM, subs, labs, QA, and government reps.
