Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager for the Robins Air Force Base SW Annex Building 125 Repair and Renovations Project.

You will implement and manage the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system, ensure compliance with contract plans and USACE quality control procedures, and coordinate with the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, testing laboratories, QA personnel, and Government representatives to keep the work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data; interpret instructions.
• Strong verbal and writing skills for client, management and team communication.
• Must be able to manage and supervise others.
• Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.
• Document issues and resolutions.
• Organize/perform/assign work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document the USACE three-phase control process for each definable feature of work.
• Ensure required inspections, tests, and quality records are completed and maintained.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, testing labs, QA personnel, and Government representatives to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide daily onsite oversight of quality and documentation and manage the QC program for the contract.
• Maintain alignment with contract plans, specifications, approved submittals, and schedule.
