Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a combined Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer to lead onsite construction activities, supervise subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards. You will interface with clients, manage day-to-day site operations, and ensure work aligns with contract documents and schedules.

This onsite role requires strong leadership and communication in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Required Certifications: OSHA 30.
• Preferred Certifications: CCM, CQM, EM-385-1 Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite oversight and direct management of construction activities, subcontractors, quality, and safety.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents and budget.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and manage subcontractor scopes of work.
