Job summary

Aleut Federal LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to provide on-site leadership for the project Quality Control Program. You will ensure that construction activities, materials, documentation, and completed work meet contract specifications and client requirements.

The role requires seven to ten years of progressive QC management in construction, with strong inspection, reporting, and coordination with subcontractors and clients across the DMV region, including Pax River, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar; equivalent experience allowed.
• OSHA 30, Construction Quality Manager (CQM), EM-385-1 Training, First Aid & CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project Quality Control Program on site.
• Monitor construction activities, materials, documentation, and compliance with contract standards.
• Coordinate inspections, submittals, and quality records to support client requirements.
• Identify deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and document results.
• Collaborate with project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
