Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the on-site QC program across the DMV region, including Pax River, MD. You will ensure construction activities, materials, and documentation meet contract documents and client requirements.

You will establish procedures, perform inspections, manage submittals, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and drive corrective actions to support successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• OSHA 30, Construction Quality Manager (CQM), EM-385-1 Training, First Aid & CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and monitor the Quality Control Program per contract and standards.
• Review contract docs, plans, submittals, and project requirements for quality compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, manage materials, and document quality activities.
• Provide oversight to subcontractors and project personnel on quality requirements.
• Identify nonconforming work and initiate corrective actions with project team.
