Aleut Federal is seeking a Site Superintendent with Quality Control oversight to manage daily onsite construction activities, supervise subcontractors, and interface with clients as a company representative. This role blends project execution with safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting, and closeout, ensuring work complies with contract documents, budgets, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CCM, CQM and EM-385-1 training preferred.
• 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes and OSHA 1910/1926.
• Experience managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-bid project analysis and outsourcing for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan sequencing, mobilization, schedule development, and scopes of work for subcontracts.
• Manage subcontractors/consultants, material tracking, site utilization and communication.
• Implement quality control per USACE 3-phases and stop non-conforming work.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely reporting and closeout.
