Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across multiple Colorado projects. You will ensure compliance with contract documents, drive quality plans, and coordinate with owners, subs, and staff to foster an IIF culture and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 6+ years of QA/QC experience, and travel to sites. Procore and MS Office skills preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field required.
• 6+ years of quality control and quality assurance across a wide range of project sizes.
• QA/QC training and certification preferred; CQM-C certification preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards: NIBS Guideline 3-2013, ASTM E2813-12, ASHRAE Guideline 0-2013.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in varied climates.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an IIF culture.
• Monitor and manage quality activities to contract requirements across multiple projects.
• Interact with client/owner, agencies, subcontractors, and internal staff on quality matters.
• Educate the owner and project team about quality requirements and monitoring.
• Review project plans and specifications for quality requirements.
• Oversee development and implementation of project quality plans.
• Coordinate site quality activities with project site staff.
