Job summary

You will maintain detailed documentation for government and commercial clients, collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to identify and correct deficiencies, drive punch-list

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC on construction projects.
• Ability to develop and implement project-specific QC plans.
• Perform inspections and testing to verify workmanship and materials.
• Ensure work meets contract specs, codes (IBC), and safety standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation for government and commercial clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Drive punch list completion and support audits.
• Promote continuous improvement in quality processes.
