• Experience with residential construction, punch-list turnover, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Refine and maintain the QA/QC Plan.
• Train new hires and conduct recurrent QA/QC training.
• Ensure project teams have a project-specific QA/QC plan at the start of each project.
• Audit the QA/QC program for each project and report results to the General Superintendent.
• Facilitate warranty hand-off and post-job reviews.
• Provide QA/QC services to Self Perform Services group.
