Responsibilities

• Oversee development, negotiation, and execution of division sourcing agreements.
• Create and maintain material take-offs.
• Support the VP of Purchasing by managing the department timeline and workflow.
• Review site development plans and specifications.
• Pre-qualify and select qualified subcontractors for cost-effective services.
• Oversee contracts, material take-offs, and purchasing systems like BuildPro and JDE.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chains and reduce costs.
