Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Thornton, CO to manage the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission. You will prepare and assemble proposals, maintain resumes and marketing materials, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience coordinating proposals in construction, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a proposal coordinator role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of coordinating and managing successful proposal submissions.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its proposal process.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the proposal process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, bids, and prequalification packages.
• Maintain and update company resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all proposals are accurate, polished, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate and manage the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission.
• Prepare, format, and assemble professional proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages.
• Review bid requirements, specifications, and proposal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Continuously improve the proposal process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
