Marketing & Proposal Coordinator Location: Centennial, CO Pay: $25–$35/hour Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator manages the proposal process from receipt to submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and professionally branded proposals. This role supports business development efforts through proposal coordination, content development, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from kickoff through final submission
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
• Edit and format proposal content for clarity, consistency, and quality
• Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements
• Coordinate resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials
• Manage final production and electronic submissions
• Support presentations, interviews, and business development efforts
• Track proposal metrics and maintain proposal resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly is a plus
