Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with construction software Procore, e-Builder, Kahua or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Use project management platforms to generate reports, track deliverables, and monitor project status.
• Proactively anticipate team needs—prepare meeting materials, identify schedule conflicts, and flag budget variances.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Support projects from planning through closeout: manage procurement, track submittals, and maintain organized files.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and streamline workflows.
• Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
