Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project administration or related support roles with deadlines.
• Experience in financial reconciliation, PO management, and invoicing.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; able to navigate multiple platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to enforce procedures and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Tech-resilient with remote and onsite setup challenges (VPN, SSO, peripherals).
• Quick learner of digital tools and project management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and process budgets, POs, and change orders while ensuring data accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies; respond to inquiries.
• Utilize JLL and client PM platforms; promote digital tool adoption and process improvement.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; propose solutions and escalate with context.
• Audit project data entries and ensure PMO standards are met across projects.
• Capture action items from calls and maintain accountability to keep projects moving.
