You will bridge strategic planning with tactical execution to ensure successful delivery of transformative construction projects.

• Proactively anticipate team needs—prepare meeting materials, identify schedule conflicts, and flag budget variances.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Support projects from planning through closeout: manage procurement, track submittals, and maintain organized files.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and streamline workflows.
• Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

What this job involves:

As a Project Coordinator with JLL's Project and Development Services group, you'll support a high-performing team serving a premier financial institution client. You'll bridge strategic planning and tactical execution, ensuring successful delivery of transformative construction projects. Shift:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, and meeting minutes
• Use project management platforms to generate reports, track deliverables, and monitor project status
• Proactively anticipate team needs—prepare meeting materials, identify schedule conflicts, and flag budget variances
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with construction software (Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, or similar)
• Familiarity with budget management and construction cost structures
• Corporate real estate experience, particularly with financial services clients
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and vendor management
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital project management tools

Expected compensation for this position: 55,300.00 – 55,300.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
