Job summary

Gray is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team in Jackson, MS. The role supports Lead Project Scheduler and project teams to plan and sequence work, manage lookahead, and communicate with trade partners.

You will develop schedules, analyze sequencing, identify critical path, and prepare time impact analyses. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in construction are required; familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil/structural/architectural/MEP scopes related to scheduling.
• Familiar with the design process as it relates to project schedules.
• Ability to develop and update project schedules and narratives with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Evaluate sequencing, plan efficient workflows, and mitigate scheduling conflicts.
• Review lookahead schedules and communicate critical paths to teams and partners.
• Identify safety concerns in schedules and prepare TIAs as required.
