Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Scheduler & Sr. Scheduler for commercial construction projects in Jackson, MS. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction, strong knowledge of Primavera 6, and be skilled in scheduling and 3D modeling. Responsibilities include developing schedules, overseeing project scheduling activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Experience with projects over $20M is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of industrial or commercial construction experience required.
• Experience on projects at least $20M, ideally $50M+.
• Experience in vertical construction, such as Mid-rise or high-rise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project-scheduling activities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules.
• Provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Working knowledge of Primavera 6

Strong working knowledge of ERP cost management tools

Knowledge of Excel and Word

Understanding of construction disciplines

Education

B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
