Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes and how they relate to project schedules.
• Familiarity with submittal processes, document control, and change management.
• Ability to understand and utilize schedule software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and scheduling logic (predecessors, successors, float).
• Ability to develop and update project schedules with site team and trade partners to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule and coordinating with site management and project teams.
• Evaluate construction sequencing, help plan efficient workflows, and review schedules for safety concerns and mitigation.
• Review two-to-three-week lookahead schedules for accuracy, communicate critical path implications, and prepare TIAs as needed.
• Strive for continuous learning and adherence to Gray's policies and procedures.
