Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes of work and how they relate to schedules.
• Familiarity with submittal process, document control, and change management.
• Ability to understand and utilize schedule software and scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule and coordinate with site management and project teams.
• Evaluate construction sequencing, plan efficient workflows, and mitigate scheduling conflicts and compression.
• Review lookahead schedules and communicate critical path impacts to project team and partners; prepare TIAs as required.
• Learn and develop new scheduling skills and adhere to company policies and procedures.
