Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes and the design process relative to the project schedule.
• Ability to understand and utilize schedule software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Assist in schedule development and progress updating with site team and trade partners to meet milestones.
• Prepare schedule update narratives, reports, and develop construction sequencing to help the project team plan efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule with coordination across teams.
• Evaluate construction sequencing and plan efficient workflows; identify scheduling conflicts and mitigations.
• Review two-to-three-week lookahead schedules and communicate critical paths to stakeholders; assess impacts of design delays and trade partner progress.
• Learn and develop new scheduling skills; adhere to Gray's policies and procedures.
