Job summary

Gray in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Scheduler with construction experience to join our team. You will support the Lead Project Scheduler, coordinate with site management and trade partners, and help plan sequencing to keep the project on track.

You will review lookahead schedules, analyze critical paths, and prepare time impact analyses. A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and adherence to Gray policies will help you grow with our collaborative design-build team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
• Knowledge of submittal processes, document control, and change management.
• Ability to use schedule software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Assist in developing and progressing project schedules with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Collaborate with Site Management and Project Management to plan workflows and sequencing.
• Review two-to-three-week lookahead schedules and communicate critical paths.
• Identify safety concerns in schedules and prepare time impact analyses as needed.
