Job summary

Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a proactive Schedule Analyst to join our team in College Park, MD. You will support the Schedule Manager with project and group-specific duties, developing pursuit and master project schedules, and detailed construction schedules.

You will enter data into Primavera, maintain scheduling health, and generate update reports. Training is provided for Primavera and other scheduling platforms as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Scheduling experience or exposure to the construction scheduling process is helpful, not mandatory.
• Course work in estimating or scheduling is recommended but will not disqualify a candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support Schedule Manager with group and project-specific responsibilities.
• Develop pursuit, proposal, master, and detailed construction schedules.
• Enter activities, durations and sequences into Primavera; learn other scheduling tools as needed.
• Prepare schedule update reports and graphics per contract requirements.
• Perform schedule analysis and health checks; collect metrics for visualization.
• Data mine as-built schedules for historical metrics; assist in cost loading of schedule activities.
