Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a scheduler with 0–2 years of experience to support project and program schedules across assignments. The role focuses on developing master, detailed, and pursuit schedules, data entry into Primavera, and evolving with other scheduling platforms as needed.

Responsibilities include schedule management, reporting, health checks, and CPM updates. Travel to project sites for progress validation and collaboration with WT teams is expected.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (civil, industrial, mechanical, construction).
• Courses in estimating or scheduling recommended but not required.
• Experience in construction scheduling or intern exposure is helpful; no disqualifications for non-experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Schedule Manager with group and project responsibilities.
• Develop pursuit, proposal, master, and detailed construction schedules.
• Enter activities, durations, and sequences into Primavera; learn other scheduling software.
• Schedule development and controls; update process and progress collection.
• Prepare schedule update reports and graphics; perform schedule analysis and data mining.
• Review schedule health and maintain historical metrics; assist with cost loading and CPM updates.
• Attend project meetings and site visits to verify progress and data.
