Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Scheduler to support project teams in developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, master schedules, and pursuit schedules. The role involves entering activities into Primavera and managing schedule data across projects to ensure on-time delivery.

You will update progress, prepare reports, analyze impacts, and mine data for historical metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit, proposal, master, and detailed construction schedules.
• Enter activities, durations, and sequences (predecessors/successors) into Primavera.
• Familiarize with other scheduling software platforms as needed.
• Manage schedule data and cost loading within updating process.
• Prepare schedule update reports and graphics per contract requirements.
• Perform schedule analysis and assess impacts of changes and delays.
• Collect scheduling metrics and create spreadsheets/databases to visualize data.
• Review project schedule health and performance.
• If assigned to a site, walk the site to verify progress against the plan.
