Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a schedules professional to support our team in creating and maintaining construction schedules. You will develop master and project schedules, enter activities and durations, and report progress using Primavera scheduling software.

You will also be involved in cost loading, data mining, and creating update reports. Willingness to learn other scheduling platforms and collaborate across project meetings and field sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera scheduling software or similar tools.
• Ability to develop master and project schedules.
• Willingness to learn other scheduling platforms.
• Experience with data mining of schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Schedule Manager with group and project specific responsibilities.
• Develop pursuit and proposal schedules.
• Develop master project schedules.
• Develop detailed construction schedules.
• Enter activities, durations, and sequences into Primavera.
• Maintain schedule database and cost information during updates.
• Attend project meetings and site walks to verify progress.
• Produce schedule update reports and graphics per contract requirements.
