Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a schedul­ing professional to support the Schedule Manager with group and project responsibilities in the Harrisburg area. You will help develop pursuit, master, and detailed construction schedules and enter activities into Primavera.

Responsibilities include schedule updates, reporting, and health checks, plus data mining for metrics. Occasional site travel may be required to verify progress and ensure alignment with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• Interest in scheduling, data analytics, BI, and visualization is encouraged.
• Experience with construction scheduling processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Schedule Manager with group and project responsibilities.
• Develop pursuit, proposal, master, and detailed construction schedules.
• Enter activities, durations, and sequences in Primavera (Oracle).
• Develop cost loading and maintain cost information in updating process.
• Produce schedule update reports and graphics per contract requirements.
• Perform schedule analysis and health checks; mine data for metrics.
• Travel to support project teams within the operating group as needed.
