Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Production Manager to lead job site assessments, manage the customer experience, and oversee vendor relations post‑sale through final installation. The role ensures the remodeling agreement is executed effectively and safely across sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction management, exceptional communication and a professional demeanor, and a drive for growth within a fast‑paced residential remodeling environment.

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid material waste.
• Confirm that the work plan aligns with the agreement and negotiate changes as needed.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, HOA, and government permitting.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete office tasks and assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
