Responsibilities

• Interpreting and implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Inspecting and evaluating all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Creates precise measurements at each job site to avoid problems with custom‑ordered product and financial risk.
• Confirming post-inspection that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates changes with the customer without supervisor approval.
• Selecting and managing procurement of all materials for the job, ensuring protection from financial loss.
• Analyzes licensing, permitting, HOA requirements, and negotiates for compliance; works with government agencies to obtain permits.
• Ensures safety and health compliance.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in warehouse to stage products.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving between sites.
