Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience from post-sale through final installation, and to evaluate job sites against the original remodeling agreement. The role focuses on managing vendor relationships, ensuring quality, and driving profitable project execution.

You will interpret policy, supervise site evaluations, and communicate with customers about scope and changes while coordinating procurement and compliance tasks to protect company

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience

Responsibilities

• Interprets and implements management policies and operating practices
• Inspects and evaluates all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and viability
• Advise customers on financing and changes to scope
• Creates precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered products
• Confirms post-inspection that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates changes directly with the customer
• Selects and manages procurement of all materials and ensures protection from losses
• Analyzes licensing, permitting and HOA requirements and negotiates compliance with authorities
• Ensures safety and health regulatory compliance
• Performs administrative tasks and assists in staging products in the warehouse
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites
• Other duties as assigned by Management
