Alfred-Williams- is seeking a results-driven Construction Services Project Coordinator to drive workflow across Sales, Design and Project Management. You will manage intake, track progress, identify roadblocks, and coordinate with architects and general contractors to keep projects moving on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction services or related fields, strong product application knowledge, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction services, project coordination, design coordination, architectural products, interiors, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work between Sales, Design, Project Management and external partners.
• Manage project intake and ensure complete information is communicated to internal teams.
• Identify roadblocks early and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Support project decision-making with design/product knowledge and recommended approaches.
• Assist in defining project direction and ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.
