Responsibilities

• Create quotes and assemble sales contract packages with terms.
• Enter orders, verify customer information, and ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate installation with customers and subcontractors, track schedules.
• Maintain project files and monitor costs; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate inter-market requests and ensure timely communication.
• Provide warranty and service support and assist with problem resolution.
