Competenze

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Estimating experience strongly preferred, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, bid preparation, and subcontractor pricing.

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Take initiative in identifying project needs, anticipating challenges, and implementing proactive solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support preconstruction and estimating efforts, including quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Monitor project performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
