Matous Construction, Ltd. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results. Competenze

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in water and wastewater facilities or related infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Estimating experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, bid preparation, and subcontractor pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and drive results with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both office and field personnel.

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, within budget, and quality standards.
• Identify needs, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support preconstruction and estimating activities, including quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Monitor project performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to maintain safety, productivity, and quality.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
