Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, procurement, and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software (SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of assistant project managers and coordinate project staff.
• Maintain the job cost report, ledgers, and budget.
• Develop project administration, correspondence, and documentation.
• Provide planning, design, and construction support to ensure standards are met.
