Job summary

HPM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full construction process from start to finish. You will coordinate vendors, negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and handle risk, procurement and scheduling. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 4–10 years of large, complex facility construction experience, with strong budgeting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in building science or construction management.
• 4–10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Strong budgeting, procurement and contract administration knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software such as SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assistant PMs and provide training for project staff.
• Maintain Job Cost Report, ledgers and project budget.
• Develop project administration, correspondence and letters.
• Provide planning, scheduling, design, construction and technical support.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, RFPs, change orders and procurement.
• Attend owner meetings and act as owner's representative on contracts.
• Monitor budgets, change orders and cash flow; control project costs.
