Job summary

HPM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, coordinating vendors, contract negotiations, client expectations, disputes, estimating/procurement and schedule production. Travel up to 30% may be required.

The role involves overseeing assistant PMs, maintaining budgets and cost reports, and providing planning, design, construction and technical support to ensure projects meet standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 4–10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO).
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of assistant project managers and participate in delivering training for other project and some field staff.
• Maintain the Job Cost Report, ledgers, and budget.
• Develop all project administration, correspondence, letters, etc.
