Job summary

HPM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, coordinating vendors, contracts, client expectations, risk management, estimating, procurement and schedule production.

This position may require travel to a project or another office up to 5 days per week. You will lead assistants, maintain budgets, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in building science or related field preferred.
• 4–10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish and manage budgets.
• Develop and administer budgets, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate vendors, contract negotiations, and owner communications.
• Attend planning and status meetings and manage project documentation.
