Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver tenant improvements and building renovations from planning through delivery. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors, designers, architects, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate project management and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in commercial real estate project management.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from lease review, planning, and due diligence through design, permitting, bidding, construction, FF&E procurement and move management.
• Develop project budgets and monitor compliance to budgets.
• Create and evaluate project schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and evaluate RFPs; negotiate construction contracts and manage invoices.
• Maintain relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.
