Job summary

BL Harbert International seeks a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to oversee project execution in Columbia, SC. The role supervises the Assistant Project Manager and drives submittals, RFIs, material coordination, and progress documentation on site.

Responsibilities include cost control, risk management, change management and dispute resolution, with leadership in safety and scheduling best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree/Experience: 4 year degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or 4 year degree in non-relevant curriculum + minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; Primavera P6, Timberline PJ, Viewpoint, Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp.
• Mastery of cost control, risk management, and understanding of contract language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Project Manager and lead the submittal process.
• Oversee RFIs and material deliveries coordination.
• Document job progress, photos, and close-out requirements.
• Enforce safety on the jobsite and manage scheduling.
