Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee to lead construction efforts and supervise a Project team on site. The position requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of related experience or a 4-year degree in a non-relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus OSHA 10 Hour certification.

Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6) and project management tools (Timberline PJ, Viewpoint) is required, along with

Qualifications

• Degree/Experience: 4 year degree + 3+ years rel. exp, or 4 year degree in non-rel curriculum + 5+ years exp.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Project Manager responsibilities, if APM absent, perform them.
• Oversee RFI process and material delivery coordination.
• Maintain job photos and progress documentation.
• Ensure job close-out requirements are completed.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement.
• Develop, manage and report schedules.
• Monitor costs and prepare reports.
• Enforce BLHI risk management parameters.
• Manage change control processes.
