Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience or 4 year degree in non-relevant curriculum + minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; Primavera P6, Timberline PJ, Viewpoint; Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Project Manager and at times direct responsibilities in absence of APM.
• Oversee submittal and RFI processes and coordinate material deliveries.
• Document job photos and progress; manage close-out requirements.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement; develop and manage schedules and costs.
• Enforce risk management parameters and lead change management and dispute resolution.
