Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Columbus, OH seeks a Project Manager to oversee customer projects from award through execution with emphasis on safety, schedule, profit and client satisfaction.

You'll work with the project team to develop and maintain the overall schedule, identify critical path items and communicate status across stakeholders while coordinating field leadership and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or sufficient experience.
• Experience managing customer projects end-to-end.
• Understanding of engineering plans and specifications.
• Strong planning, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to execution with focus on safety, schedule and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule, show critical path items and anticipate issues.
• Communicate project status including schedule, budget, risk and quality to stakeholders.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers and vendors to ensure scope and changes are tracked.
