Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications. The role focuses on safety, schedule integrity, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring the project plan is clearly conveyed to customers and Barnhart superintendents.

You will collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain an overall schedule, identify risks, and support on-site coordination and reporting to ensure deadlines

Qualifications

• Associate degree or sufficient experience required.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with PMs preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety practices helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with Project Managers to maintain schedule and scope.
• Attend customer site visits to confirm project requirements and risks.
• Monitor budget and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Communicate project status, risks, and safety considerations to customers and team.
• Coordinate field crews and schedule required equipment and resources.
• Support timely delivery and alignment with contractual obligations.
