Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with progression into senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and client management on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of each project.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive schedules and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and subordinate managers.
• Ensure projects are built per contract documents, design intent, and quality standards.
