Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. in Prosper, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, procurement, and safety efforts across industrial and heavy civil projects. You will coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while upholding Crossland’s quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably heavy civil or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Kahua, Smart PM, P6, Spectrum).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites; OSHA 30 certification or safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor management; manage change orders and invoices.
• Maintain safety standards and quality control across projects.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports and PM deliverables.
• Foster strong client relationships and site leadership with effective communication.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field

5–10+ years of experience in construction project management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
