Crossland Construction Company Inc is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Prosper, TX to lead daily activities on a full lifecycle project. You will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include master scheduling, cost accounting, and rigorous quality control, with emphasis on safety and compliance. A strong vendor and document management mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and subcontractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (owners, architects, subs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and issues on a construction project.
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule updated monthly.
• Manage contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs.
• Coordinate with owner and architect throughout the project.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders per company guidelines.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Drug screen and background check required for candidates.
