Job summary

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead project planning, scheduling, and execution. You will collaborate with Superintendents to meet budget, schedule, and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10+ years in heavy civil or industrial construction, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, and proficiency with Procore, P6, and cost-control practices. Travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and cost control

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution and enforce safety policies
• Lead pre-job planning, mobilization, and front-end documentation
• Manage project scheduling and look-ahead planning using P6/Spectrum
• Oversee procurement, submittals, and change management with contractors
• Maintain client and engineer communications, and regular progress meetings
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices
